We are giving a full access to our Platform - and offer flexible upgrade options based on Storage usage only. -
Can we use our own OpenAI API keys?
Yes, we place no limitations on Chat queries/interactions, exactly because we give full control over OpenAI key usage. You can also use your own Antropic Claude & Google Gemini API keys. -
What payment method do you support?
We support Credit Card payments for a Monthly & Yearly subscription plans, via Stripe Payment gateway. -
How do you provide support?
We provide full setup support, for all subscribers, via Discord Community chat & remote connection services as AnyDesk, Zoom, or TeamViewer if necessary. -
Do you provide any moneyback guarantee?
Please cancel your subscription within a 14-day free trial period, if you feel like our product does not meet your requirements. After the Trial period subscription charge is non-refundable, and can only be cancelled.

What languages can be used?
You can add FAQs in any language. The chatbot attempts to respond in the language the visitor uses. The interface is available in English, Spanish, Catalan, French, and Portuguese, with translations possible for other languages. -
Can I create multiple independent question collections?
Yes, you can create different collections for various topics or purposes (e.g., pre-sales vs. existing users) within one account and use them on different pages or websites. -
Can BeeHelp learn from a PDF document?
Currently, no. Information must be added manually as questions and answers. Training from documents like PDFs or URLs is planned for the future.
