Can I invite the AI Meeting Assistant to an unscheduled call?
Absolutely, it’s simple! Just add the Google Meet link in the field on our website's header or footer and click the “Add a bot” button. The AI Assistant will then join the call and take meeting notes for you. -
How can I ensure that the AI Meeting Assistant will join the call?
You can check this in your personal account. MinutesLink will show all scheduled meetings and their statuses. If the status is ‘will be recorded,’ the AI Assistant will join the meeting. If the status is ‘no link’ or ‘won’t record,’ check your meeting settings. -
Is MinutesLink AI Meeting Assistant free to use?
Yes, you can use it for up to 10 calls per month (60 minutes each) at no charge. If you need more calls, you can upgrade to our Pro plan. -
Is my call information secure?
At MinutesLink, your security is our priority. Every conversation is encrypted from start to finish, and only authorized personnel can access your meeting notes. You have full control to delete or modify your data at any time. MinutesLink is also GDPR & CCPA compliant.

How does customization work?

No, not right now. If you are interested in this though, please reach out to us and let us know so that we can guage demand. -
How much is the app?
There is a no obligation trial for 7 days. After that the app costs $5/month for unlimited recordings and summaries. -
Do you save the audio?
We do not save the audio files for playback after transcribing and summarizing them. However, we are considering adding this feature if there is demand. Please reach out and let us know. The app is only intended to mimic the human notetaking process, not capture audio for playback pusposes. Transcripts and summaries, however, are kept indefinitely.
