    Chattermill’s pricing primarily depends on the number of data integrations you need and the volume of data to be analyzed (number of data credits) - we do not charge a per user fee. We also provide additional modules and add-ons depending on your needs.

    A data credit is a single piece of feedback, such as a survey response, support chat, social media data, app review, forum comment etc. A single data credit includes all the unstructured text feedback data you want to analyze, any quantitative data such a score or a number and any metadata you'd like to include.

    When you get started with Chattermill, you’ll have access to a dedicated onboarding specialist, who'll provide you with a detailed project plan and 1 to 1 support for your first 30 days to help you get started and align your goals with what we have to offer.
