How is MAU (Monthly Active Users) counted?

MAU is the number of unique users (identified by user-ID) who create or consume content via the SDK or API within a monthly billing cycle. Most service requests count towards MAU, excluding authentication. It's user-based, so one user on multiple devices counts as one MAU.
What are Inactive Users in the context of billing?

Inactive users are unique users created within the Social+ account who do not connect to any Social+ network during the month MAU is calculated. Overage fees may apply if inactive users significantly exceed the MAU count (e.g., 10x MAU).
What are Concurrent Connections?

Concurrent Connections measure the peak number of devices simultaneously connected to Social+ servers daily. Each device is a separate connection. Overage fees apply per connection per day if the plan's quota is exceeded.
How is File Storage calculated?

File Storage is the total storage used by an account, including all images, videos, live-video recordings, and other files uploaded across all Social+ modules within the application.
Are there additional fees beyond the plan costs?

Yes, additional fees can apply if usage exceeds the plan's limitations or free quotas for elements like video streaming minutes, concurrent connections, image moderation analyses, file storage, and potentially inactive users if they significantly exceed the MAU count.
