How do I pay for a subscription?
To subscribe for any of StockHero's plan, please login to your StockHero account and navigate to the Settings page. Then click on the Subscription menu option. -
Which payment methods do you support?
Payment methods depends on the client (web or mobile) you are using to subscribe. On web, Stripe handles our payment processing which includes major credit cards such as Visa or Mastercard. You may also subscribe with PayPal. On iOS, you may subscribe with your Apple account or make payment through Apple Pay. Android payment is also available in our Android app. -
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your bots will be made inactive immediately. You need to subscribe again in order to reactivate your bots. All brokers' connections will be removed upon expiry of your subscription plan. -
Can I upgrade my existing plan in the future?
Yes, you may do so at anytime. Any unused period for your previous subscription will be refunded back to you on a pro-rated basis. To upgrade, please send us an email. -
Can I cancel at anytime?
You can cancel your current subscription at any time and it will not auto-renew. Premium features will remain active for the remainder of the subscription period. Please note that there will be no pro-rated refund for any unused period. Please email us to cancel your account.
