A contact is counted as an Active Contact if they are part of an active sync, when email or web engagement is recorded for them, or when their lead score is calculated. This applies for the given billing period. -

You will be notified via email when your account uses 80% of the plan limits and again when the limit is hit. The number of Active Contacts for the current billing period is visible on your account page at any time. -

To ensure uninterrupted service, Outfunnel may auto-upgrade your subscription when you cross the limits of your subscription plan. You can request to disable auto-upgrades by contacting support if you prefer to stop functionalities upon hitting limits. -
